In light of the volume of reflection required for this module, this week’s submission to the blog should include some feedback about the Self Study assignment. Was it worthwhile? Which of the activities in the module were especially eye-opening? Which do you believe may need updating or revising to be valuable for a self-study activity?
Working with Todd on this Self-Study Module 5 went well and was insightful. I enjoyed reading and responding to his teaching experience and reading his feedback on my teaching experience. I thought the discussion was worthwhile. What I did not find useful was the “Presentation” piece. We did not feel we had clear directions as to what was expected in the presentation which was worth 25 points. I felt it was a bit redundant and could have just involved the reflection paper.
